Order
1. Add items to your shopping cart to place your order or request a quote.After confirming the order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of the availability of goods, as well as an invoice.
2. To order by phone, call 6 534 500. Our customer service is waiting for your calls on business days from 09:00 – 18:00. Holidays may vary.

Orders are completed within one business day or faster, if the goods are in stock. When ordering goods, it is important to indicate how you want to receive the goods: you want to call yourself in our store-warehouse at 10 Karjavalya or want to order delivery.
Payment
1. The prepayment invoice sent by e-mail must be paid to the account of Unikaitse OÜ EE671010220081091015 in SEB bank. If the prepayment is not received within 3 days, we will cancel your order.
2. In our store you can pay for goods in cash or by card.
3. Contractual customers pay bills by bank transfer upon receipt of the goods within the payment deadline established on the account.
Delivery
We send the order to the client by the courier Venipak, who will deliver the parcel within Estonia to the selected address within 48 hours. The cost of delivery of the goods, as a rule, is borne by the client, unless otherwise agreed; this fee is included in the bill. The amount of postage depends on the weight / size of the package and ranges from 3.00 -30.00 euros.
Delivery of goods is possible in the Baltic countries and the EU.
