The terms of sale are valid between the private buyer of the online store unikaitse.net (hereinafter the Consumer) and the administrator of the online store Unikaitse OÜ reg.nr. 11437007 address of the place of business: Karjavälja tn 10, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter the Internet store), when purchasing goods and services.

1. In the online store you can buy through the Internet only those products, next to which the link “Add to shopping basket” is visible. The price of the goods or the availability of goods may change in real time without prior notice. If the buyer places an order before changing the relevant conditions, then the conditions of the contract that were in force at the time of placing the order are applicable to the buyer. unikaitse.net has the right to refuse a contract concluded through an online store without delivering the ordered goods or providing the service, without any sanctions, if the goods are not available, if the price or characteristics of the goods are displayed in the online store incorrectly system error. If the online store cannot complete the order, the buyer will be contacted and the amount paid will be refunded.

5. The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order at the agreed time, depending on the availability of the goods. The goods are transferred only to the buyer of the goods. 6. The consumer has the right within 14 days after receiving the goods or after placing the order, if the goods have not yet been delivered to the Consumer, to notify the seller of his desire to withdraw from the contract and demand the return of the entire amount paid. Purchased goods are not refundable if they were manufactured to order taking into account the personal needs of the Consumer. You may not return a used product; Returned item must be in the original packaging.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Consumer. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide confirmation that he transferred the goods to the carrier within the above period.


In the event of deterioration of the condition of the item to be returned, the Consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the item due to use only if he used the item in a different way than is necessary in order to verify the essence, properties and functioning of the item. 7. To return an item, send an email to info.unikaitse@gmail.com. The letter should contain the following information: returned goods, order number and settlement account, to which money should be returned. The amount paid for the goods is returned to the buyer’s settlement account immediately, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the application for derogation. If the goods have not been returned to the seller within the specified period, the seller has the right to delay the return of money until the goods are received.

8. The buyer has the right to file a complaint and return the goods due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract, if the goods do not comply with the proposed sample or have defects. Work clothes have a guarantee of up to 50 washes, in accordance with the conditions for care. Work shoes are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of sale.

9. Processing personal data

9.1. Unikaitse OÜ is responsible for the processing of personal data on unikaitse.net. Unikaitse OÜ transfers all personal data necessary for making payments to an authorized processor.
9.2. Entering data in the online store and making the appropriate confirmation, the Consumer provides the right to collect and process the personal data of the Consumer (name and surname, contact phone number, delivery address of the parcel and / or home address, e-mail address), as well as transfer personal data to the logistic partner for the delivery of goods.
9.3. The online store unikaitse.net has the right to use the address of the place of residence or location of the Consumer to send him advertising and other information.
9.4. The consumer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of his personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to recover the claim arising from the contract or to deliver the goods.
9.5. Electronic personal data is used for direct mail only if the Consumer has given a separate consent to this in the online store unikaitse.net.
